Michael Easton, Roger Howarth and Kristen Alderson will be leaving Port Charles “at least temporarily” to reprise their roles as John McBain, Todd Manning and Starr Manning on Prospect Park’s revamping of One Life to Live, according to Daytime Confidential. The move comes under an agreement ABC Daytime signed when the characters moved to General Hospital.

“Prospect Park realizes these three characters could initially help draw fans to the new One Life,” a source tells Daytime Confidential. “There are ongoing talks between ABC and Prospect Park about the characters returning to General Hospital at some point, which could be fine with [Prospect Park] as they eventually want to go much younger with their soaps.”

The actors, who are less than enthused about the move according to Daytime Confidential, are expected to remain on General Hospital through February.
